They are also obliged to comply with the Financial Services Board as an approved financial services provider in South Africa. Dial Directs cover on home contents provides cover for items stolen or damaged in your home in the case of fire, lightning, malicious damage, storms and floods and break-in and theft, among others. Vehicle insurance provided by Dial Direct can either cover the car for retail or market value of the vehicle. Retail value is the amount a dealer can sell your car for, Trade value is the amount a dealer would pay for your car, and the Market value is the average of these two. This allows customers to choose how they want to be covered to adjust the insurance to their needs.
